MUSIC + POETRY + STORIES
Artists in Performance

PAM NOLES (Host) is a former cop reporter whose writing has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Dark Horse Comics and Warner Books. When not making costumes and stage-managing for local theaters, she performs at storytelling venues all over Los Angeles. She performed her nerd-tastic storytelling concert ! Death 40-Feet Tall !, at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.

SHUSHANA HAKOBYAN

PABLO MARZ is an actor, improviser, and storyteller, who produces the popular storytelling show, "Tell it! - Personal True Stories Told Live Onstage". He is also a native Angeleno, who grew up breathing L.A. smog, drinking L.A. tap water, and swimming in the Santa Monica bay. Nothing can kill him.

JENNA NOELLE is a singer-songwriter based in LA. Her music touches on themes of love, healing from past trauma, and the ups and downs of being a creative in a large city. She combines jazz chords, folk-inspired finger-picking, and soulful melodies to entrance listeners and connect to our shared humanity.

ANNA VARNON – aka The Colored Lady, is a Humor Advocate and recovering comedian who shares true survival stories and tips to help you stay out of jail. She has appeared at the Laugh Factory, Ice House, and many other venues across Los Angeles and beyond.

MATTHEW 'CUBAN' HERNANDEZ is a poet, emcee, speaker, and performance coach from Jacksonville, Florida. He has toured as far as Abu Dhabi and nearly every major city in the United States and Europe, performing, teaching and coaching poetry. Matthew has spent the last six years working in youth detention centers across Los Angeles County, currently serving as the Director of Camp Programming for Street Poets, Inc. In addition, he is a current Lead Teacher and Co-Founder of Spoken Literature Art Movement. Cuban has opened for artists such as Wu-Tang, performed for platforms such as BuzzFeed and NPR and even appeared on the award-winning television show, Better Things. Matthew is also a three time Southern Fried poetry slam champion and an award-winning poetry coach. Cuban’s favorite activity is making people feel great; sometimes he does this through hip hop and poetry.
