✨ PRODUCTION COORDINATOR ✨
We are looking for a part-time rockstar to coordinate the magic behind the scenes and on show nights.
🕒 The Commitment

Duration: The series runs for 7 consecutive Sundays, Sept. 27th-Nov. 8th, Zephyr Theatre in Hollywood. Full 7-week series commitment.

Hours/Pay: Approx. 8 hours/week (non-consecutive). $30/hour. Possible added hours early Sept. as available.

Breakdown: 4 hours of flexible prep during the week + 4 hours on-site on show nights.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Artist Liaison: Communicate via email pre-show, arrange call times, and manage tech/sound checks on the night of the performance.

Crew Coordination: Sync with booth and house staff regarding their schedules and duties.

Show Night Execution: Open the theater, set up the stage, greet the audience, keep the evening running seamlessly, and handle lock-up.

Public Face: Occasionally step on stage to give a warm welcome and introduce the evening to our audience.
