ONE-NIGHT IMPROVISATION WORKSHOP
Nov. 4th, 7:30pm
HAPPENING IN OCT.:
HALLOWEEN SHOW OCT. 20th!
Created in the spirit of the Los Angeles creative community, Turbine Arts Collective is, has been, and will always be a place where diverse artists and stories are celebrated, and #BIPOC and #LGBTQIA+ voices are amplified.
WE ARE a 501(c)3 nonprofit, built on the idea that everyone can benefit from creative study, and that participation in the arts as a practitioner or audience member has a direct connection to our growth as a community.
Our mission is to provide a place in Los Angeles for the exploration of creativity: where artists will find an incubator in which to develop projects, perform, and exhibit, and in turn will share their skills with the public through performances, workshops, seminars and educational outreach. And Los Angeles community members who want to apply creative principles to their jobs, careers, and lives will find a safe place to learn and grow, in a supportive atmosphere of play, spontaneity, and respect.
We are currently the host for Improvisation Workshops, Creativity Workshops led by a variety of instructors, and for informal performance evenings such as SHPLOTZ! and TURBINE MONTAGE, where we present improvisation, music, storytelling, and more!
